Our Process

Design

Once we receive an inquiry, we will come out to your space for a consultation. After surveying the site and gaining an understanding of your wishes for the space, we will then come up with a design plan and budget and work with you to refine both based on your desired results. At the end of this stage, we will have answered all of your questions about the scope of the project and clearly outlined expectations to ensure client satisfaction at the end of the project.

Build

As we manage every aspect of the building process with our expert team of masons, carpenters, and design professionals, we will keep you abreast of project progress. Because we build and install everything in house at HW+V, our clients are able to await completion of this phase with confidence, knowing no details of the design will be overlooked.

Maintenance

Just as important as the initial construction, ongoing services are needed to maintain the beauty of your garden or terrace. HW+ V offers a variety of maintenance schedules tailored to each individual client and their space.
