Lenox Hill Townhouse

This townhouse renovation, which was a collaboration between HW+V, Highline Construction Group, and the Owners Corp., included creation of an entryway garden, rear garden, and upper and lower rooftop terrace.

A fully automatic drip system was installed in all three areas of the exterior while Bluestone slabs were used to pave the entryway and backyard due to its durable, non-slip, water-resistant surface. Garbage can enclosures with built-in planters gave a fresh and functional upgrade to the entryway which was accented by lighting and additional planting.

In the backyard, Ipe fencing was used to provide privacy around the hot tub and pergola which we fabricated and installed, while still allowing light to shine through the natural wood boards. Shade pallet plantings and additional lighting topped off the serene space.

On the rooftop, Boxwood and Cypress hedges were installed as a natural enclosure for the space while planter strip lights allowed for concealed illumination. Durable Ipe decking and Hanover pavers were used for flooring.
